General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

Before confirming your reservation, we kindly ask you to read the following conditions carefully.<\/p>

Prices<\/strong><\/p>

The prices shown on our website www.monaro.es are per property and per night. All prices are expressed in euros. Prices include all applicable taxes. Our prices may change at any time but will not affect already confirmed reservations, except in the event of changes in legal or regulatory taxes established by the competent authorities. Prices include cleaning of the property before and after the client’s arrival, all bed linen, property maintenance, and the costs of water, electricity, gas, and Internet. If you require additional services, please contact us.<\/p>

Booking Process Terms<\/strong><\/p>

Once a reservation is made for one of our properties, you will receive written confirmation specifying the dates and price of the apartment you have reserved, payment terms, and any additional services you have purchased. You will receive instructions on how to get to the property, and we will answer any questions you may have.<\/p>

Booking Policy<\/strong><\/p>

To reserve a property, full payment is required. This payment formalizes the contractual relationship between the client and MONARO APARTMENTS.<\/p>

Booking Modifications<\/strong><\/p>

As a general rule, we cannot change a booking once it has been confirmed. However, if you need to change a booking, please inform us as soon as possible by contacting us via email at hola@monaro.es. We will do our best to assist you.<\/p>

Payments and Buyer Security<\/strong><\/p>

Payment can be made by bank transfer or card, both equally secure so you can use whichever suits your needs best. Payments made by credit\/debit card on the website are processed by the RedSys payment gateway, the most secure and advanced in the sector. Thanks to our SSL certificate, your data is always encrypted.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellations must be communicated within 24 hours of booking the property to be 100% refundable. After 24 hours from the booking, in case of cancellation, the loss will be 100% of the total rental price. The refund will be made using the same payment method.<\/p>

Price<\/strong><\/p>

The price of the apartments includes these complementary services: Information and documentation about the area, bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor fan, cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, pots, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, freezer, and other kitchen utensils), dishwasher dispenser, living-dining room with 42\u201d flat-screen TV with USB, cleaning set (kitchen cloth, scourer, cleaning cloth, paper roll, napkins, etc.), soap and gel dispensers in bathrooms, toilet paper, ironing board and iron, cleaning utensils (mop, dustpan, broom), washing machine with detergent and softener included, clothesline, heating and hot water by natural gas boiler, and 150-liter electric water heater.<\/p>

Use of the Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>

The client is responsible for correctly declaring the number of people who will occupy the apartment, including children. The apartment management may legally refuse entry to any undeclared persons.<\/p>

Behavior<\/strong><\/p>

The client and their companions must behave in a civic manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community where the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise, or parties, and which causes justified complaints from neighbors, will be grounds for immediate eviction from the accommodation. The QUIET HOURS<\/strong> are from 22:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 00:00 to 10:00 on holidays. During these periods, any activity that disturbs the peace is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

Damages<\/strong><\/p>

The client is obliged to take care of the furnished apartment and is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs. MONARO APARTMENTS is not responsible for the personal belongings of the client or their companions.<\/p>

Check-in and Check-out<\/strong><\/p>

Check-in to the apartments is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure.<\/p>

Eviction of the apartments: If clients fail to comply with any of the prohibitions established in these regulations, the Company is entitled to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may request the assistance of the authorities to evict users who violate the internal regulations or intend to access or remain in the premises for purposes other than normal use of the service, in accordance with Article 32.2 of the Tourism Law.<\/p>

Prohibitions<\/strong><\/p>

Clients are prohibited from:<\/p>

  1. a) Bringing furniture into the accommodation or carrying out works or repairs, however small, without written authorization from the Company.<\/li>
  2. b) Accommodating more people than the maximum capacity allowed for the accommodation.<\/li>
  3. c) Carrying out hospitality activities in the accommodation or using it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted.<\/li>
  4. d) Bringing explosive or flammable materials or other substances that may cause harm or inconvenience to other occupants of the building.<\/li>
  5. e) Carrying out any activity that goes against the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.<\/li>
  6. f) Using, without authorization, devices that significantly alter the expected consumption of utilities.<\/li>
  7. g) Organizing parties is prohibited.<\/li>
  8. h) Since the introduction of the new law, smoking is prohibited in the apartments.<\/li><\/ol>

    Obligations of Apartment Users:<\/p>

    1. a) Observe safety, coexistence, and hygiene standards and comply with the rules set out in the internal regulations.<\/li>
    2. b) Respect the establishment, its equipment, and facilities.<\/li>
    3. c) The price must be paid by the client at the time of occupying the apartments.<\/li><\/ol>

      Apartment Cleaning: The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. The client agrees to maintain the order and cleanliness of the apartment and to return it in the same condition as it was delivered.<\/p>

      Claims<\/strong><\/p>

      If you have any complaints during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible, as MONARO APARTMENTS will not accept any complaints made after your stay in any of our properties. At MONARO APARTMENTS, we will do everything in our power to resolve any complaints that may arise as efficiently as possible. We also inform you that we have complaint forms available for our clients.<\/p>

      Deposit<\/strong><\/p>

      Properties managed by MONARO APARTMENTS require a security deposit, which must be paid in cash (or by credit card) before entering the property or together with the final payment of your booking. The deposit is refundable and will be returned at the time of your departure, provided that no anomalies, breakages, or damages are found during inspection of the property, its furniture, appliances, and other elements. Otherwise, MONARO APARTMENTS reserves the right to use part or all of the deposit to cover the costs of any necessary repairs or replacements. The security deposit is \u20ac350.<\/p>

      Liability<\/strong><\/p>

      MONARO APARTMENTS is not responsible for loss or misplacement of luggage, theft, damage, or other accidents not directly related to the company\u2019s management. The client declares that they will make appropriate use of the rented property, releasing MONARO APARTMENTS from any liability, and will be responsible for any damages caused intentionally or by misuse of the property. MONARO APARTMENTS reserves the right to update any of these conditions at any time if required in accordance with the company’s activity.<\/p>

      Protection of Users\u2019 Personal Data by MONARO APARTMENTS<\/strong><\/p>

      In accordance with Organic Law 15\/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Client is informed that their data will be incorporated into a file, for which MONARO APARTMENTS (hereinafter the Company) is responsible, and whose purpose is the management of the client\u2019s accommodation. It may also be used, provided the client has expressly indicated so, to inform about related services, offers, and commercial campaigns. Users of the online booking services are voluntarily providing personal data (hereinafter, Personal Data) whose sole purpose is to complete the booking. Card data are either processed through a payment gateway belonging to the bank with which the company has contracted the service, or in a secure environment, in which case the Company will not have access to such data. The client may exercise their rights of access, opposition, rectification, and cancellation of their data by sending us an email to hola@monaro.es. The Company guarantees that it has adopted appropriate security measures in its facilities, systems, and files. It also guarantees the confidentiality of Personal Data, although it will disclose Personal Data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems to the competent public authorities, as required by applicable legal and regulatory provisions. Users of the online booking system guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.<\/p>

      Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>

      These general terms and\/or conditions of contract are governed by Spanish Law. MONARO APARTMENTS and users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding their validity, execution, compliance, or termination, in whole or in part, expressly submit, waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of C\u00f3rdoba.
