The MONARO Apartment is intended for tourist rental.
It is part of a community of neighbors whose rules the tenants undertake to respect.
This apartment is intended solely for accommodation, so it is forbidden to hold or organize parties in it.
More people than those specified in its regulations can not be accommodated in the apartment
The tenants undertake to maintain an appropriate conduct to live in good relations with the neighbors, to not make noise inside or in the terrace of the apartment that could disturb the neighbors, as well as to use the communal parts with great care, especially in terms of noise and conservation of facilities.
The spaces where smoking is allowed are outdoors (terrace). Keep the floor clean. Make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the apartment and the community; If there are breakages or damage, the expenses will be charged to the amount given as a deposit.
When you are going to leave the apartment, you must leave the kitchen and the utensils you have used clean and collected, and throw away the garbage. Take care of the key sets that we have given you. If you use the Wi-Fi connection, you should know that the actions carried out during your stay in the apartment are your sole responsibility.

- Use of the accommodation: The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people who must occupy the apartment, without omitting the children. The administration of the apartments can legally refuse to admit the entry of those undeclared persons.
- Behavior: The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that causes well-founded complaints from neighbors, will be grounds for the accommodation to be vacated immediately. The HOURS OF REST they are from 22.00 to 10.00 during the week and from 00.00 to 10.00 on holidays, being strictly prohibited, during those periods, any type of activity that disturbs rest in any way.
- Damages: The client is obliged to take care of the furnished apartment, being his responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs in it. MONARO is not responsible for the personal effects of the client or those accompanying them.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time at the apartments will be from 3:00 pm. On the day of arrival, the rooms must be vacated before 12 noon. on the day of departure.
- Vacancy of the apartments: Failure by clients to comply with any of the prohibitions established in these regulations will empower the Company to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may seek the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict users who fail to comply with the internal regulations or who intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with with the provisions of article 32.2 of the Tourism Law.
- Prohibitions:
Customers are prohibited from:
a) Bringing furniture into the accommodation or carry out works or repairs in it, no matter how small, without written authorization from the Company.
b) Accommodate a greater number of people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set for the accommodation.
c) Carry out the accommodation activity in the accommodation or use it for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted.
d) Introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to the other occupants of the property.e) Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.
f) It is forbidden to use, without authorization, devices that significantly alter the consumption provided for in the supplies.
g) It is forbidden to organize parties.
h) Since the entry of the new law, smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
- Obligations of users of Tourist Apartments:
a) Observe the rules of safety, coexistence and hygiene and comply with the rules contemplated in the regulations of the internal regime.
b) Respect the establishment, the equipment and its facilities.
c) Regarding the payment of the price, this must be made by the client at the time of occupation of the apartments.
- Cleaning of the apartment: The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. The client undertakes to respect the order and cleanliness of the apartment and to deliver it in the same conditions as it was delivered.
